Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Influegen collects, why we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to customers, visitors, and workspace users.

This Privacy Policy describes how Influegen ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, create an account, complete an AI efficiency assessment, request talent services, contact our team, or use our platform.

Scope

This policy applies to Influegen websites, product experiences, assessments, dashboards, forms, reports, and related services. If you sign a separate customer agreement, data processing agreement, or order form with Influegen, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use the service. This may include:

  • Account and contact details: name, business email, phone number, company, role, login details, and communication preferences.
  • Company and operational information: department details, current tools, manual workload, hiring pressure, AI readiness, cost leakage indicators, and assessment responses.
  • Talent and role information: role briefs, seniority, requirements, locations, compensation ranges, candidate status notes, and interview workflow details.
  • Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, browser type, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, diagnostics, and security logs.
  • Support and sales information: messages, demo requests, support tickets, meeting notes, preferences, and feedback you choose to share.
  • Billing information: plan, invoice, payment status, tax, and transaction metadata. Payment card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Influegen unless explicitly stated.

How we use information

We use information to deliver and improve the Influegen service, including to:

  • Operate accounts, authentication, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and exports.
  • Score AI efficiency assessments and generate relevant operational recommendations.
  • Match companies with AI solution categories, implementation priorities, and talent needs.
  • Manage sales, onboarding, customer support, service notices, and product updates.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, and protect the platform.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, renewals, tax records, and account administration.
  • Analyze aggregate usage trends so we can improve content, features, and workflows.

AI processing and customer data

Influegen may use AI systems to summarize assessment responses, create implementation roadmaps, score business signals, draft role briefs, or recommend solution categories. Customer-provided inputs remain your data. We do not use confidential customer workspace content to train public AI models unless you give explicit permission or a separate agreement states otherwise.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers under contract, with parties you authorize, and where required to operate the service. These may include hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support, payment, email delivery, document generation, and security providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

International transfers

Influegen may process information in the United States, South Africa, and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections and vendor due diligence.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, service monitoring, backups, and least-privilege internal access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should also protect account credentials and promptly report suspected misuse.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to deliver services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Workspace data, audit records, exports, and talent records may be retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of account information, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Influegen is designed for business users and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal requirements change. When changes are material, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
